Recknagle composition South Seas Islander doll

Description

Because this doll is clearly marked with the Theodore Recknagle logo I thought it was painted bisque.  I am now guessing it is painted composition.  At 9.5 inches tall she has hand painted featues with two little teeth.  Her clothing consists of a grass skirt some paper flowers and a fancy necklace that has beads and carved cork "teeth".  She has big earrings and a nice wig.   Please look at the photos and ask questions before bidding as there is no return on her.  Payment is due two days after the end of the auction.  Upon receipt, I try to ship within two days.
